Business Development Manager – Agency Channel

Bajaj Life is conducting a Mega Walk-in Drive to hire experienced professionals for the role of Business Development Manager – Agency Channel. The role focuses on market expansion, agency development, business growth, and sales target achievement. Candidates with experience in BFSI or NBFC sectors are preferred.

Responsibilities:

Identify and recruit candidates from the local market
Scan the market for emerging business opportunities
Plan and execute strategies to achieve business targets
Manage sales activities and track business performance
Recruit and manage Insurance Consultants (ICs)
Ensure effective planning, time management, and organization

Preferred Background:

BFSI / NBFC industry experience preferred
