TCS All India NQT is a centralized hiring test that enables candidates to qualify for different cadres based on performance:
Prime Cadre
Digital Cadre
(Ninja Cadre based on performance criteria)
This hiring drive is exclusively open for the Batch of 2024, 2025 & 2026.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
✅ Highest Qualification
Applicable for candidates with:
(From AICTE / UGC recognized universities)
✅ Academic Requirements
Minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA in:
10th
12th
Diploma (if applicable)
Graduation
Post-Graduation (if applicable)
Must complete the course within the stipulated duration.
Degree certificate must mention First Class (Engineering candidates).
✅ Backlogs
No pending backlogs at the time of selection process.
✅ Education Gap
Academic gap should not exceed 24 months.
Gaps must be properly declared with valid supporting documents.
✅ Course Type
Only full-time courses are eligible.
Part-time / Correspondence courses are not eligible.
NIOS candidates are eligible if graduation/post-graduation is full-time.
✅ Work Experience
Up to 2 years of experience allowed.
✅ Age Limit
18 to 28 years.

1–2 Years | 9.45 – 9.66 LPA | 12.05 – 12.26 LPA |
🔹 Digital Cadre

0–1 Year | 7.09 – 7.30 LPA | 7.39 – 7.60 LPA |
1–2 Years | 7.50 – 7.72 LPA | 7.82 – 8.04 LPA |
Actual compensation depends on work experience and job location.

Registration Start Date: 18 February 2026
Registration End Date: 20 March 2026
Test Date: 10 March 2026 onwards
📝 Application Process
Step 1
Log in to the TCS NextStep Portal.
Step 2
Register and apply for the drive:
Existing users: Login using TCS Reference ID and click “Apply for Drive”
New users: Register under “IT Category” and complete the application
Step 3
Select the skill for evaluation.
Step 4
Choose In-centre mode, select 3 preferred test centres and apply.
Step 5
Select 3 preferred job cities.
Step 6
Track your status under “Track Your Application” → Status should show Applied for Drive.
